Are you a property owner who wants to make the most of your investment? Discover our ‘Rental Management’ package Swiss Property Services SA (SPS) provides rental management of all properties for holiday rentals in Gruyère.

We are at the service of the owner to rent and manage his/her apartment or chalet, as well as helping to maintain or advise on any improvements to be made. What is the role of our rental service? SPS acts exclusively as the owner’s agent (legal representative) for the simple task of renting out apartments or chalets on a seasonal basis:

  • Finding tenants: contracts with individuals or travel agencies.
  • Managing the property under conditions that the owner has previously approved in writing.
  • Carrying out (if required) the necessary works, which will thus ensure the accommodation is in the appropriate condition and includes the equipment that corresponds to the expectations of our customers (operation at the expense of the owner).
When are the rents paid ?

The agreed net rent will be paid to the owner twice a year, once at the end of the winter season and once at the end of the summer season.
