The restaurant of the alpine cheese dairy is :

  • At 1100 m altitude, accessible on foot
  • 70 seats inside / 70 seats on the terrace
  • Table service

At the foot of the Moléson, surrounded by the fragrant pastures of the Gruyère region, the grey mass of the wood-shingled roof of an old 17th century chalet, transformed into a mountain cheese dairy, stands out.
