• The chalets are accessible via a mountain road. In winter, snow chains are mandatory.
• Pets can be allowed on request.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are effective from the date of receipt by the agency. For Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays, the next working day applies. Cancellation is free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the holiday. Cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before the start of the holiday will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, no-shows and early departures will not be reimbursed and the full rental charge will be payable.
